We recently received some lovely news that Mum’s Guide To has been named “Family Help Directory of the Year 2020/21” in the London & South East Corporate Livewire Prestige Awards.
These awards recognise small and medium businesses for “service excellence, quality of product/service, innovative practices, value, ethical or sustainable practices”. Each year a diverse range of businesses are selected as winners across different categories.
Last month we were informed that we had been nominated for the awards shortlist and asked to provide evidence of why we would be worthy of an award, and we were all elated when we found out that we had been recognised with this accolade.
Mum's guide to Harpenden was the first site set up in 2012. Since then the brand has expanded and enabled other parents to run sites for their towns.
One of 8 sites (Harpenden, St Neots, Welwyn, Bournemouth, Hertford, St Albans and Hemel Hempstead), Mum's guide to Romford has been running since 2017 and has grown so much in that time. This award recognises the effort that goes into the service we all provide in our towns and I are very proud to be part of such an amazing team of ladies.
