Festive lights return to Hamlet Court Road for the first time in years! Sparkling string lights will be wrapped around the lamp posts from 22 November and to celebrate businesses up and down the road will be going festive. There is (fake) snow forecast on the road from 4pm, carols from a community choir and children should watch out for that cheeky Elf on the Shelf as there are reports he'll be paying a visit....
