The Naze Beach
This sandy beach is very different from its more well known neighbour at Walton on the Naze. The beach has WWII defences and the well known Naze Tower nearby. It's a great place to hunt for fossils. Most common are sharks teeth which are easy to find - if you know what to look for! **There is no lifeguard service on this beach.

"This beach is amazing!!! We go here all the time.
You can park in the car park next to the train station which is £5 a day. Beach is then a 5 mins walk. Maybe 10 with kids!
The car park gets very busy so if you plan on going. Make sure to get there early(no later than 11am) also make sure to check the tide times!! It's a must when visiting. As when the tide is in, there is no beach to sit on. There is a huge stretch of beach so never seems too busy! You can hire beach huts for £60 for the day but need to be booked in advance. By the pier there is public toilets. (Not very clean near the end of the day!) places to eat by the pier/ice cream/doggy ice cream too. On the way in there is an Aldi if you wanted to buy stuff for lunches.
The pier is amazing! It's just had a massive refurbishment and it's £10 for a child for a wrist band for all day. Children over ages of 8 are slightly more but I'm unsure of the price. There is also a huge arcade area and bowling. On the pier itself you can walk out. There isn't much to see but it's a nice walk. On the beach front itself there is a lovely walkway you can do! Sand is lovely. Not a stone in sight. Watch out for the beached jelly fish!
