I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space to explore, I focus on helping you explore feelings and emotions, allowing you time to reflect, to consider alternative ways of doing things. This can lead to an increased sense of self awareness. I am a qualified integrative counsellor this means I can use different techniques and interventions to create the most effective therapy for you. I offer face to face, walk and talk, telephone and online counselling.

I understand how daunting it can feel to contact a counsellor when you feel confused and overwhelmed this is why I offer a free 30 minutes telephone consultation. You are welcome to call me for an informal chat and to ask any questions.
