We also offer specialist Yoga and Pilates Pregnancy classes too.

"I started classes with Pauline five years ago and have honestly never looked back! I began with Pilates and went on to try Hatha yoga and from then on have done a lovely selection of both every week. I was initially driven to try something for myself because of suffering from acute arthritis (and stress) and I found that the stretches really do help to keep me supple and prevent the stiffness setting in. As well as this, I found I really enjoyed the classes and to this day they always help with my mental well-being too. Pauline and her team are the kindest, most knowledgeable ladies, who will welcome and assist you whatever your 'level' or ability. Please don't feel shy because everyone is so friendly and it's all good fun! The online classes provided by the team due to Covid are amazing and you can work from the video library at your convenience if you prefer (or as well as). Finding Pauline and yoga was one of the best things I have ever done and her team are just amazing!"

"I have been doing both Yoga and Pilates classes with Absolute Yoga and Pilates for over 5 years now and I can honestly say that I have loved every single class in which I have participated. All the teachers are amazing - they are all friendly, happy and so motivational. Every class has adaptations and variations to accommodate the complete beginner to the most advanced; there is literally something for everyone. The pace of the classes is just about perfect with no pressure or expectations but lots of encouragement and praise.
The teachers quickly adapted from face to face classes to online and these classes have been wonderful during lockdown. I cannot recommend Absolute Yoga and Pilates highly enough and will be continuing with their classes for many years to come. "

"I started doing classes with Absolute Yoga and Pilates 5 years ago and Pauline was the first person to introduce me to both pilates and then yoga and now I can't imagine without doing a class. Over the past year I have been doing the online classes with all of the wonderful teachers and I am so grateful to the wonderful team who have helped us through lockdown and difficulties of the past year. The teachers work hard to create wonderful classes. No class is the same and they always manage to teach inclusive class, where all levels are welcome and also cater to injuries. I try to do at least one class a day and it's the part of the day where I focus exclusively on my wellbeing.
I could not recommend them more. They are encouraging, friendly and genuinely caring."

"I have been taking yoga classes with the lovely instructors at Absolute Yoga and Pilates for almost 4 years. I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and classes that challenged me in a good way. Pauline really went out of her way to adapt the offering during the lockdown by giving us all a great variety of different types of yoga, pilates and tai chi. I have been able to do yoga every day (sometimes more than once a day) which has really helped my keep active and helped my well-being. All of the instructors work so hard to make each class unique and fun. It is really obvious how much they enjoy what they do.
Over the last year Pauline and the other instructors have gone from being my yoga teachers to being my yoga family. I cannot recommend Absolute Yoga and Pilates highly enough. "

"Absolute Yoga and Pilates offer a wonderful variety of classes to suit all ages and abilities. They provide flexibility and value for money with the opportunity to swap classes if necessary. I have enjoyed face to face classes at Ardleigh Green and this last year the online classes have been a lifesaver for both my mental and physical health. They are a really friendly, encouraging and non judgmental team. I cannot recommend them enough."
