My name is Adele Sannie-Lamptey and I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor. Is there a current situation or past experience that is challenging you? Perhaps you feel stuck and find yourself repeating negative patterns? Or are you feeling consumed with a racing mind with different thoughts to process?

I am interested in helping others improve their wellbeing and I believe that by developing an increased awareness of self can lead to change in the way we view ourselves and how we behave and react.

Whatever has brought you to consider counselling, be assured that you will have the space to talk in a safe and calm environment, without any judgement.

Previous clients have seen me to seek help with anxiety, bereavement, cultural issues, depression, family issues, identity, intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, relationship problems, self esteem, sexuality, spirituality, stress, suicidal thoughts and work related issues.

Each session is 50 minutes and the fee is £50. Low cost concessions are available for students, unemployed or retired.
