We offer independent Educational Psychology services for children, families and schools across Havering and East London. Services include assessment, consultation, training and systemic work. Please get in touch for further information or a free initial consultation and quote.

Home Instead is the world's leading provider of personal care and companionship support for older people. Support is person centred and based around people's needs and wishes. We offer minimum visits of one hour and provide award winning quality care.

Home-Start runs a toddler group on a Thursday afternoon between 1.30p.m. and 3p.m. Come along and join the fun with a lovely range of activities, tea and biscuits and singing and music.

Here to Help Havering. Here to Help offers free, short term support to people who live in Havering, are over the age of 16 and need help to develop their independent living skills.

If your baby was in NICU or Special Care Baby Unit and is still under the age of 1 you are welcome to join this group on the last Wednesday of each month. It is a supportive group where new mums are welcomed. It is a great opportunity to meet other mums with babies who have been in NICU and to talk about your experiences. It is hugely supportive and there are professionals on hand with advice and to answer any questions. A very worthwhile group for any NICU Mummy and Baby. **Please note this group only meet on the last Wednesday of each month at 11am. **There is not meeting in December**

The Autism hub is about putting Havering residents with Autism in control of the delivery and accessibility of local services and opportunities. The hub will provide: Access to Information technology and Internet; User and Peer Support Group; Self Advocacy Support; Provision of Quiet Space; Family Support; Parent Support Group; Speak With A Picture; Youth Clubs; Autism Ambassadors; Sign Posting and Advice; Volunteering.

The V Hive antenatal and hypnobirthing courses offer a safe space with the intention to inform, empower and support. A personal service, with you at the centre of it all. You will learn how to step in to your power and prepare for a fearless, calm and positive birth whatever your circumstances.
