Our branch is run by volunteer local parents, offering support, information and friendship to new parents and parents-to-be. We run Antenatal courses, Nearly New Sales, plus a number of other support groups and courses. Contact us to find out more.

Home-Start Havering runs a multiple birth group with a range of fun and stimulating activities on Thursday mornings between 10.00a.m - 12.00p.m and continues to run throughout the school holidays. Tea, coffee, juice and biscuits are also served. The group ends with singing and music. Come along and join the fun.

Pregnancy Yoga. A specifically designed Yoga class open to all levels completely centred around the pregnant body. Designed to encourage connection between Mother and baby for an empowered birth experience. From 14wks. Mother&baby. A calming flow class to relieve tension and guide new Mums softly back to fitness. Bubs can join you on the mat or softly snooze in their prams. From 6-8 postnatal.

An opportunity to meet local women, face to face, away from the overwhelming barrage of social media and online parenting. Time to talk openly, laugh and share experiences both as a parent and a chance to have some time for you! In a child free environment. Each month there will be different conversations exploring all things parenting and all that comes with it.

A Postnatal Doula is someone who is there to 'support the mother (or father!)' by providing support both physically and emotionally in the weeks after a baby is born.
