Brownies is all about trying new things that teach girls aged 7-10 about themselves, their community and their world. Girls can go on holidays, day trips & sleepovers, they get together with their friends at regular meetings where they can learn new hobbies, skills, crafts, explore other cultures and have outdoor adventures. They can also choose to work on interest badges in many different subjects.

6F (Romford) Squadron provides a fantastic base for cadets aged 12 (in year 8) to 20, offering amazing opportunities to fly aircraft, go shooting and participate in adventure training. The Scout Association offers everyday adventure and activity to half a million young people across the UK. Romford District covers the north half of the London Borough of Havering including Romford, Collier Row, Rise Park, Harold Hill, Harold Wood and Gidea Park. There are 16 Scout Groups in Romford District with most Groups having Beaver, Cub and Scout sections. We also have 5 Explorer Scout Units. If your child is interested in joining please submit their details via the website.

Campaigners

Campaigners is a set of Christian uniformed groups for young people. We aim to learn about Jesus from the Bible, develop life skills and teamwork, and have lots of fun. Our members often work towards gaining Campaigners certificates, or Duke of Edinburgh awards for those in the older groups. We are always eager to welcome new members, so come along and check us out! Crosstrax is for school years 6-8, and we get together on Thursdays in school term from 6:30 - 8pm. Delta is for school years 9-13, meeting on Thursdays during term time from 7:15 - 9pm. All our groups cost £10 per term.
