Here at Act One Stage School we strive to combine serious education in Drama, Dance and Singing with fun and enjoyment for all pupils. Our annual shows alternate between a Musical production and a Variety Show each year, meaning that every student gets their time in the limelight. First week is free.

Adventure Academy is an opportunity for Over 8s to experience a range of the activities at our Centre during half term and summer holidays. These include farm, garden, environmental and adventurous activities. There are five sessions each day and children who attend for the whole week will experience all the activities we have to offer. The children will be kept in small bubbles and will spend the majority of their time outdoors. We are fully Covid compliant.

We offer weekly development sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at Powerleague Romford for children aged 3-12. We also run school holiday football camps. We provide 1 to 1 and small group coaching where the content is tailored to the individual needs of the player(s). The main objective of the Academy is to deliver a fun and inclusive approach to football for children and young adults of all abilities.

The Scout Association offers everyday adventure and activity to half a million young people across the UK. Romford District covers the north half of the London Borough of Havering including Romford, Collier Row, Rise Park, Harold Hill, Harold Wood and Gidea Park. There are 16 Scout Groups in Romford District with most Groups having Beaver, Cub and Scout sections. We also have 5 Explorer Scout Units.
