PQA Hertford is opening an additional Saturday morning session on 26th April 2025, running from 10:15 am – 1:30 pm at Robert Barclay Academy, EN11 8JY.
The Pauline Quirke Academy of Performing Arts (PQA) was founded in 2007 by Pauline Quirke MBE and her husband, Steve. As parents of two very different children, they aimed to create an environment that nurtured both those who thrived in the spotlight and those who needed a little encouragement to step forward with confidence.
At PQA, young people have the opportunity to explore an incredible breadth of performing arts classes, ensuring that every child finds their 'thing'. From storytelling through filmmaking to the world of drama, singing, and dancing, their classes span the entire creative spectrum.
But PQA isn't just about preparing young performers for the stage or screen—it's about equipping them with invaluable skills for life. Through expert-led sessions, children and teenagers develop communication, teamwork, resilience, and, most importantly, confidence. Beyond the bright lights of the stage and the energy of a film set, PQA fosters something even more powerful—the essence of self-belief. Their mission is to nurture confidence and empower young individuals to find their unique voice and shine in every aspect of their lives.

More and More pumpkin picking events are being added to our webpage daily. A full whats on for October Half Term guide will follow but as many of the popular pumpkin picking attractions in Hertfordshire do book quickly we thought we'd put this together sooner rather than later.
Some of these are Halloween days out which include Pumpkin Picking as part of the entrance fee (Like willows and Foxholes) some like Church Farm and Aldenham country park are optional add ons to your day (which must be booked and paid for in additon to entry) and some are just PYO Pumpkin attractions.
We will add on local PYO venues as they are added but many of the below are booking fast so without further ado heres the details we have currently.
