Family Yoga Workshop

f you are interested in introducing your child to yoga, or want to learn to practice yoga with your family, then this is the workshop for you!
During the workshop Josie will teach you a range of yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques which will strengthen and stretch the body. We will have fun, learn how to move our bodies and breathe properly, and at the end share a lovely relaxation, followed by home made flap-jacks!
Yoga works on many levels, helping with overall strength and flexibility, as well as helping with issues such as anxiety, insomnia and lack of self esteem.
Please note that are two workshops to choose from. Family Yoga for younger children is suitable for adults and their children aged from 3 y/o. Older children are also welcome to this workshop if they prefer. The Family Yoga for older children is a little bit more grown up and welcomes children aged from 10 y/o and upwards.
Free parking outside the hall, or a 5 minute walk from Hatfield station.
Everyone welcome, no yoga experience necessary.
