St Albans City Hospital is our elective care centre. With six operating theatres, we provide a wide range of low risk inpatient and day-case surgery, alongside outpatient and diagnostic services.

Located at the hospital is the Integrated Urgent Care Hub - a minor illness and injuries service offering appointments between 9am and 6pm, seven days a week and provides access to diagnostic services, including x-rays. This is not a walk-in service. YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. When calling your GP or NHS 111 with an urgent health issue, you may be offered an appointment on the same day at the Integrated Urgent Care Hub.
