This service provides free and confidential counselling to young people aged 13-25 years who live, work or receive education in St Albans/Harpenden and surrounding district. Youth Talk offers one-to-one counselling, delivered by experienced professionals without judgement.

Youth Talk is completely confidential and self-referring, so any young person can call up and book themselves in, without needing to involve parents or professionals.

Youth Talk has an excellent track record of providing support for young people who use our service. We've been supporting young people for over 20 years, and we're more determined than ever that every young person has someone to talk to when times are tough.
