Rachel Angus Counselling
I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor, trained in the pluralistic approach. This means I can use a variety of ideas and methods in my practice, including psychodynamic theory, humanistic theory, and CBT techniques. I understand that each client is unique, and may require different things at different times during counselling. Consequently, I work in a collaborative way with my clients, taking the time to understand their preferences and therapeutic goals before deciding on the methods and techniques we will use together.
I can work with a variety of issues, including stress and anxiety, but have particular interest in the fields of bereavement, parenthood, neurodiversity, disability, and issues facing Carers - having both professional and personal experience in each of these areas.
I offer services in-person, online, and via telephone. Concessionary rates are also available.
