We are a young, popular and rapidly growing family based club located in central Hemel Hempstead 20 miles North of London.

Our club opened in March 2018, relocating in April 2019 to offer more classes, and we are currently based in a fantastic newly built sports hall at Hemel Hempstead School.

We run recreational classes (4 - 14 year olds) as well as sessions for our squad members.

Our Club is affiliated to Eastern Counties Gymnastics Association and Hertfordshire Gymnastics Association, as well as being members of British Gymnastics.

​Our recreational classes operate a badge system, ensure gymnasts maximise their time on equipment, while always promoting a safe, fun and friendly atmosphere for the children.

As Gymnastics is an indoor sport that is available throughout the year it is popular with parents and children particularly in the colder months. A lot of gymnasts who start the sport at a young age will not only benefit in terms of physical flexibility but will gain important social skills such as following instructions, listening to feedback, complying with behaviour policy, and even building friendships with children who have similar sporting aspirations.
