Concrete Fitness
Concrete Fitness is a fun and welcoming place to get fitter and stronger. Concrete Fitness offers group fitness sessions in Harpenden and gives you the best of an indoor gym, outdoors.
Each 60 minute session is made up of variety of exercises in a circuit format that gives you a total body workout, building cardio and muscle fitness.
The circuit provides the structure and focus to your workout time.
You bring your fitness goals, your energy and motivation.
Sarah your coach will make the session accessible so you can enjoy getting the best out of yourself.
Together there will be teamwork, rock solid results and fun.
Sessions take place on Saturdays and Mondays
Saturday 9.00 AM - 10.00 AM, 10.15 AM - 11.15 AM
Monday 5.45 PM - 6.45 PM, 7.00 PM - 8.00 PM
