Harpenden History Museum
Harpenden Museum is on the ground floor of the Eric Morecambe Centre in Rothamsted Park, a short walk from the town centre.
Our collections of artefacts, documents, photographs and artworks has been built up over many years and reflects Harpenden's history from early settlement to commuter town. Displays will be changed frequently and occasional special exhibitions will be held.
The Museum will has full disabled access.
Admission is free but donations to support the Society's activities are always welcome. The Museum is entirely volunteer-staffed.
Open: 11am to 3pm every Saturday, and most Tuesdays and Thursdays (please see website to check opening times before visiting).
Visits at other times, particularly for research or for schools or other parties, can be arranged by appointment.
