Doula led, Pregnancy and Birth Chat while you get outside and stay active. Come and meet other local parents to be. Each week we will have a pregnancy or birth related topic to discuss. Walks will start at 9.30am and take around 45 minutes. All walks will be taken at a leisurely pace designed to suit everyone in the group. Our starting points will include accessible parking and groups will be kept to a limit of five people (plus a Doula) per walk. £5 per session or £25 for 6 sessions.
