My name is Anna and I'm a mixed media, abstract artist, mindfulness coach and forest bathing guide. I am passionate about nature and wellbeing and I lead a number of regular mixed media art classes, retreats and forest bathing events, all with a therapeutic focus.
I also run creative events locally including the Sunnyside Rural Trust Art Fair which runs from August to March each year.
