Our friendly karate club has been based in Hertfordshire for more nearly 40 years. Skilled and friendly instructors understand how to help you develop and succeed,have fun and make new friends. Karate classes for 5yrs +, together as a Family, Teens and Adults.wr start beginner regularly, or if you've trained before, come back and puck up a former hobby. Everyone trains at their own pace. We also work with neuro-diverse children and adults
