Hi, I'm Slu - a Doula and Perinatal specialist/

Since 2001 I've worked with families across Hertfordshire to empower, educate and support them during pregnancy, birth and the early years of family life. ​

I have qualifications in HypnoBirthing and traditional antenatal education, massage and relaxation, infant feeding and baby carrying as well as a degree in Complementary Therapies and certificate in Maternal and Neonatal Health studies.

I have a current DBS check, first aid certificate, food hygine certificate and am a member of FEDANT; the federation of antenatal educators.

I offer one off services, Educational sessions and Bespoke packages of care.

Antenatal education, doula support, support in the first year, body treatments and birth pool hire.

Healthy Opportunities is a family wellbeing practice focused on the birthing year and early life with a new or expanded family. Birth choices, Infant feeding and Postnatal planning workshops are held on a monthly basis l. 1-2-1 family support is offered in your home. Complementary therapies including postnatal massage and baby massage are also offered to support family wellbeing.
