Special Olympics Sessions
Age: 8 - Adult
Special Olympics St Albans (SOSA) provides sporting opportunities for those aged 8 years and over with a learning disability. They use sport as a vehicle to empower their members to enhance their health and wellbeing, develop as individuals, establish friendships and feel equal and valued.
We have weekly sessions in – Athletics, Boccia, Swimming and Netball. We also partner with local clubs to bring sessions in Football, Golf, Tag Rugby, Judo, Trampolining, Gymnastics and Dance.
