"I joined Camp Green a year after having my son. My objective remains the same as it did 11 yrs ago - taking some time for me to stay fit and have fun. I'm still a regular to at least a couple of sessions a week, the only exercise I can genuinely stay I've stuck at consistently despite the demands over the years of international travel with a full time job and busy life at home. As well as staying fit Camp Green is a fabulous community of local people and whether your trying to get back in shape, mitigating the excesses of enjoying life or training for your next race, I am testament to making some great friends having moved to the area knowing no one. At the heart of this is the spirit and teaming attitude that Tom and the coaching team. Personal view but ignore the boot camp reference - think more circuit training with equipment, the great outdoors, music and huge encouragement and teaming from your fellow Camp Green members alongside your trainers. The trainers and fellow Camp Green members get to know you as little or as much as you like as a person and your aspirations for coming along. The strength of the community came into another level during the pandemic where we looked out for each other during many a zoom training session. "
