Newly refurbished in summer 2021 the playground includes play areas for all ages and all abilities from under 5s to teens in 3 separate areas with climbing frames and obstacles,, swings, roundabouts, zip wire, monkey bars and more.
· The 'Whimsical Woodland' and 'Fantastic Forest' is aimed at children up to 5 years old.
· The 'Rambling River' area is designed for six to ten year olds as an independent and more challenging play experience.
· The 'Tree Tops' area provides a greater challenge for the older children from around 11 to 15 years.
Toilets and a cafe are available in the Sports Centre.
