Baby Rhyme Time is a free, drop-in activity and runs weekly at Harpenden Library. It takes place every Thursday morning at 10-10.30am and is repeated at 11.30am - 12pm throughout the year. Although aimed at babies and young children, older siblings are very welcome. Baby Rhyme Time is weekly and runs throughout the school holidays.
