Sleek Ballet Bootcamp is based on classical ballet movements but delivered in a fun, upbeat fitness- class format. Even if you’ve never danced before, you can join in this informal class where you’ll follow along with Vivien in a top-to-toe workout.

As well as being a certified Sleek Technique Ballet Bootcamp instructor, Vivien is also a Dove x Nike ‘Body Confident Coach’ and certified to teach Progressing Ballet Technique (ideal for those looking to improve their ballet positions in a safe and gentle way in 1:1 classes).
