Our Aqua Babies sessions are designed for adults with pre-school children to introduce young children to water and gain confidence through playing and having fun. Aqua Tots follows on from Aqua Babies for older babies who are starting to crawl and continues to build confidence in water through play and fun. Both sessions are led by a qualified instructor. (6 wks - 18 mnths for Aqua Babies, 18 mnths - 5 yrs Aqua Tots.)

Mini-Nastics is designed for pre-school children under 4 years. Sessions are run by our fully qualified early years fitness instructors and involve exploration and discovery on our soft gym equipment, while encouraging interaction with other children. (Age range - crawling to 4 years.)

Baby Yoga classes for babies 12 weeks+ at Hemel in the purpose built Litte Lotus Baby Studio. Perfect for Mum and baby to bond and relax in.
