The St Albans Youth Council is your space to make the views of young people known and tell decision makers what the key issues and needs of young people are. We develop strategies to deal with stress, anxiety, exam pressures and worries and connect your child with their inner self and joy. Through yoga, breathwork, visualisation and fun activities, we help your child develop coping strategies and boost their mental health.
