Rainbow Cafe is a little gem in Bishop's Stortford

Published:

For local parents, the Rainbow soft play in Bishop’s Stortford is a little gem!

Located right in the town centre, at Chateau Café, the Rainbow Soft Play is the perfect place to sit back with a coffee and let your little one run off some energy for an hour and a half!

It is by no means the biggest soft play, and older children may need more entertainment, but for pre-schoolers, it is the perfect size to keep your eye on them without getting lost in the depths of a ball pit!

My 3-year-old had loads of fun up and down the slide and jumping on the mini trampolines in between bites of cake!

The food is from the café and is delicious.  There is plenty of choice from sandwiches and wraps to children’s picky bits and they cater for most diets (I had a great gluten-free bacon sandwich!).  It’s mainly breakfast and lunch items, so no chicken nuggets or the ‘usual’ soft play food in sight.   They also have a variety of cakes to choose from.

Booking is advised and is between £2 and £4.50.
