In the beautiful courtyard of the Leaf Café Hertford, we are bringing the children a truly Magical experience inside Santa's Grotto. Every child will have the opportunity to meet and talk with Father Christmas himself - and it doesn't stop there!

This year, the zoo is going all out to spread holiday joy, offering a range of enchanting activities and seasonal treats included in your day ticket. So, grab your family and friends, and get ready for a Christmas adventure like no other!

This Christmas, join Great Grottos for an unforgettable experience!

Children will have the chance to meet Santa, share their excitement for the big day, and personally deliver their Christmas wishes.
