6WeekSocial is a postnatal group that offers new mum's with babies 0-6 months, fourth trimester support and friendship.
Over the course of 6 weekly sessions you will make friends with other local mums with babies of a similar age and stage as your own,
PLUS have weekly access to our team of amazing postnatal experts.
Each week one of our team of specialists will host our 1 hour session, sharing their knowledge and advise
on matters covering baby's sleep pattern, your post birth recovery, postnatal nutrition, baby development, childhood illnesses
and more. As well as answering any of those niggling questions you may have as a new mum.
As a group, together, we build confidence and friendships in a supportive and non-judgmental space,
making your own network of new mum friends that will last way past our final session together.
