This time we will be reading 'Mog the Forgetful Cat' by Judith Kerr and having a sing-song, if you like, you could even dress up!

Flint knapping is the primitive art of making sharp edged stone tools using a hammerstone to strike the stone. These could be simple blades and scrapers or ornate knives and arrowheads. Learn the process of shaping the stone using a hammer stone and a variety of techniques from knapping to pressure flaking to create your own arrowhead.

Gain woodland management skills with a morning session in the 15 acres of Celtic Harmony Camp. For a unique way to enjoy Easter weekend, families can catch the Easter Bunny flying into Shuttleworth in a fantastically quirky event. Let the children watch their favourite furry friend arrive in style before heading off on an Easter egg hunt through Swiss Garden, rounding off their visit with a chance to meet the Easter Bunny himself.

And there will, of course, be chocolate.

Watch as our historic aircraft take to the skies above Old Warden in what promises to be a brilliant display to start the summer. We'll also be welcoming a wonderful range of visiting aircraft from across the country.

As well as our aircraft, you can enjoy our beautifully restored vintage vehicles as they head out on parade, catch a ride on one of our vintage buses up to Shuttleworth House to take in the site in all its splendour, and explore the hangars for even more remarkable living history stories.
