Everybody Sling Dance
Fun, gentle dance exercise whilst babywearing. Babies generally sleep in the sling due to the motion so you can have a fun, workout! The dance moves are all super easy to follow. Debi is a trained sling peer supporter and happy to answer any questions you may have. There are slings and carriers available to hire for use during class.

You don't have to be babywearing for this class just bring some toys for your little one to play with during the class.
