PREGNANCY FITNESS:
Tuesdays 7.30pm

A pregnancy safe, full body workout for all trimesters following your 12 week scan until birth. A chance to meet other expectant mums whilst keeping active throughout your pregnancy in a fun, laid back atmosphere.
MUM AND BABY FITNESS:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 10.30am
Ignite Studios, Biggleswade
A mum and baby, postnatal workout suitable from your 6 week check up to 12 months old. A chance to meet other new mums and babies whilst gently getting back into fitness in a relaxed environment for you and your baby.
MUM AND TODDLER FITNESS:
Thursdays 9.30am
Ignite Studios, Biggleswade
For 12 months +. A full body workout for you whilst your little one plays and makes some new friends in a fun, laid back atmosphere.
