Hi, I'm Caroline, a certified Infant massage Instructor (CIMI) trained by the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM).
I support parents through a wonderful programme of nurturing touch. Offering both new and seasoned parents a safe place to come together, form friendships, share knowledge, experiences whilst enjoying the International Association 5 week programme. I feel incredibly proud to be an active and experienced member of the IAIM having shared my courses with hundreds of local families in and around North Hertfordshire. Approved by North Herts council to continue in person, throughout the Pandemic due to the essential physical and emotional wellbeing this programme offers to postpartum parents.

What's so special about the IAIM? Why this method of baby massage?
The programme is grounded on recognising and responding to baby cues. Listening to baby in order to adapt our massage to their ever changing needs. We reflect on how each stroke stimulates the body system and use this to respond to baby's needs, deepening our connection strengthening our bond and getting to know our babies better.

Massage, applied correctly, offers a sense of calm, closeness and normality in challenging situations. You will be guided through options and suitable adaptations through the course. Celebrated as the expert of your baby. As a parent you know your baby better than anyone else. IAIM CIMI are here to support and build your confidence as you listen to baby and adapt your massage safely and uniquely, guided by your baby and supported by your instructor.

This group is not a typical baby activity class. This is a nurturing learning environment for parents with babies. Our small group settings are the perfect “first groupâ€ï¿½ suitable and beneficial from birth
The Curriculum covers parenting topics, discussions, oils, crying, behavioral states, colic, digestion, reflexes and adaptions for massaging the growing child. The Baldock venue is conveniently located in the town centre with free parking, close to the train station and easy access onto the A507 & A505.

The Letchworth venue provides free onsite parking and is ideally suited for mums travelling from Hitchin North Hertfordshire
