There's simply no denying it any longer, tis now very much the Christmas season. If you are overwhelmed with all of the various options available I've pulled together events from the What's On page into different festive sections to help you navigate your way through.
🎄Friday 29th November - Biggleswade
Biggleswade Market Square will be hosting a festive market along with a variety of wonderful entertainment from local schools and groups as the countdown to the Christmas Light Switch On takes place. The event starts and midday and runs through to 10pm. The actual lights will be turned on 7pm.
🎄Friday 29th November - Langford
Langford will be having it's first Christmas light switch on one the same day. It will just be a low key one this year but it's an exciting new development for the village.
🎄Sunday 1st December - Sandy
Sandy's Market Square will also be hosting a festive market and various local entertainers for their Christmas Light Switch On on Sunday 1st December.
🎄Shuttleworth in Lights
From now until Sunday 15th December you can explore the world-famous Shuttleworth Collection and Swiss Garden in a way you've never seen them before! Book a time slot between 4.20pm and 7pm. Click here for more details.
🎄Christmas at Wimpole
From now until Wednesday 1st January you can explore a magical trail with new lights for 2024. An after dark festive fun experience for everyone. Remember to book ahead. Click here for more details.
🎄Anne & Paul's Lunatic Lights
From the 1st to 24th December, Broom locals Anne and Paul will once again be hosting their epic Christmas light display at their home. No need to book ahead. Click here for more details.
Father Christmas has set up several grottos around the area to maximise the chances of you being able to meet with him and discuss presents!
🎅Jordans Mill
Step into Santa's enchanting workshop in the Mill! Meet mischievous elves, get creative with fun festive crafts, and enjoy heart-warming stories and songs with Mrs. Claus. In association with Masquerades Youth Theatre Group. Make sure you book your tickets in advance. The grotto will be open on Sunday 1st December and Sunday 15th December. 🎅Secret Farm at Moggerhanger
Perfect for families and children of all ages, this festive experience brings the wonder of the holiday season to life. This must be prebooked along with entry tickets which are an additional charge. Santa is there on 30th November and 1st December, 7th and 8th December, and 14th and 15th December. Click on each date for more details.
🎅Frosts at Willington
Frosts Santa's Grotto experience is back, and this year is filled with enchanting new activities for the whole family to enjoy. Open from now until 24th December. Click here for more details.
🎅The Olde Watermill Shopping Village at Barton-le-clay
A BRAND NEW 50 minute experience for 2024! Bring your little ones for 50 minutes of fun with Santa and his friends, includes a ride on the Santa Express. It's important to book ahead. Santa is there 23rd and 24th November, 30th November and 2nd December, 5th to 9th December, 12th to 16th December, and 18th to 24th December. Click on the dates for more details.
Santa also has SEN Sessions at the grotto on Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th November.

⛄Frosty's Winter Adventure - Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd December - St Chris' School, Letchworth
A heartwarming musical production filled with Christmas Cheer and written with the younger audience in mind. All the performances have a relaxed theatre delivery and are BSL interpreted.
