Busy Lizzy is a fitness club for mums and mums to be. We offer pre and postnatal fitness classes, plus baby classes, socials, events, and workshops. We're a one stop maternity club with a social network and community of support at its heart! Classes include pregnancy yoga, postnatal pilates, bootcamp, baby music, baby boogie, and stay &play sessions, with monthly messy play and art classes, as well as seasonal parties! Our timetable and class offering will expand as the year goes on and out club grows :)
