We are a proud Roger Gracie Associated Academy. We use Gracie family's system of Jiu-Jitsu provided and supervised by Roger Gracie himself to deliver the highest standards of Jiu-Jitsu instruction classes for adults and kids.

The Roger Gracie Academies are well known for the exceptional atmosphere that is fostered there. All of our members are treated as part of a big family, and the result is a relaxed and enjoyable place in which to train.

Brazilian jiu-jitsu offers you one of the most effective self-defence method that's also a fantastic way to lose weight and get in shape.

At our friendly environment, we provide training for all needs, either if you only want to improve your fitness and learn self-defence or if you want to go a little further into the competition world.

KIDS
History has shown that martial arts can be an excellent teacher for children to learn life skills such as discipline, mental strength, focus, hard work, integrity, confidence, teamwork, and more. Ultimately, martial arts are about continuous self-improvement physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Of course, the goal is also to bully-proof your child against bullies. The scars of bullying can last a lifetime and can destroy self-esteem and confidence.

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

Aged 3-6 years:
£70.00 a month for up to 3 classes a week; £55.00 a month for up to 2 class a week; £40.00 a month for up to one class a week.

Over 6 years:
£70.00 a month for up to 6 classes a week; £55 a month for up to to 2 class a week; £40.00 a month for up to one class a week.
