A fun and sociable babywearing dance class for all abilities. Suitable for those with babies from around 8 weeks (12 weeks post caesarean delivery). Carry your baby in a sling or carrier and enjoy some fun movement to great tunes. Expect lots of laughter, a really welcoming and non-judgmental space and leave feeling confident & full of joy.
No dancing experience is necessary as it is all about the fun! Dances are choreographed by an experienced pre and postnatal qualified instructor and are broken down into easy to follow steps with the focus on enjoying the experience.
Dancing with your baby is known to calm them and boost bonding. Plus, it releases feel good chemicals in the body, leaving you feeling good for the rest of the day!
No babywearing experience is needed either, just a willingness to enjoy the experience with your little one.
We are all babywearing consultants and/or peer support trained so we can get you fitted into a carrier safely and comfortably. If you bring your own carrier, we can help and support you with this if you need it. Or we have carriers available to loan for the duration of class at no extra charge.
