Music24's Singing Café meets twice a month on the 2nd & 4th Mondays of the month and is open to anyone who is looking for a way get out the house and have more social connections, especially older individuals or those who may be struggling to recover from a health problem and who may be at greater of risk of becoming isolated. Our trained facilitators are also able to support individuals with dementia, Parkinson's Disease, or who have had a stroke.
We chat and have tea & coffee, have gentle singing and physical warm ups, play games and sing and dance together in a lovely environment.
