Apex are delighted to announce we are back to run our awesome camps during the holidays!

Apex multisports camps are fun filled & action packed. Children will be enjoying a variety of sports games, team building challenges, inflatables, battlezone & much more!

Early drop off from 8:00 am - 9:00 am
Core activities start 9:00 am - 16:00 pm
Late collection from 16:00 pm - 17:00 pm

Here is a generic example of what a day at camp looks like...

8:00 - 9:00am - Arrival. Sign in, wrist bands, social games. (Daily challenge)
9:00 - Welcome, rules, toilets etc...
9:10 - Introductions, Warm up games. Fitness games, Team building.
10:40 - Morning Break
11:10 - Team games. Outside sports. Tag Rugby, Football, Rounders, Netball etc...
12:00 - Outside playground games - e.g. stuck in the mud.
12:30 - Lunch
13:15 - Coaches challenge.
13:30 - Themed event (e.g. inflatables/battlezone etc..) (inc afternoon break)
15:00 - Outside break - Relay races, individual challenges (sport or fitness related)
15:30 - Pack up, team points, star of the day Circle ball games. Joke time, funny stories, cool down activities.
16:00 - Sign out & card games, colouring sheets, quizzes etc..
17:00 - Finish.
