I can be there to give you help after the birth and to ensure you are supported both practically and emotionally, allowing you to adjust at your own pace to life with a new-born.

A postnatal doula supports families in the early days (and sometimes beyond!) when they are finding their feet with their new family member.

My postnatal doula services vary depending on the kind of support you require but can include guidance and support with breast feeding and formula feeding, support with the routine care of your baby: bathing, changing, feeding, settling etc., looking after your baby while you take a well-earned nap, accompanying you on baby's first outings, i.e. to the clinic, the shops or even for a coffee and a chat, light tidying e.g. putting a wash on, tackling the washing up in the sink.
