My pregnancy yoga classes are infused with birth education, deep relaxation, and time to connect with others. In the first 30 minutes, we sit in a circle with other expectant mothers, where we listen, share, and find answers together. Afterwards, we practice nourishing yoga, blending gentle movements that prepare your body for birth with breathing techniques and meditation.

I offer Hypnobirthing classes online or face to face. I cover many areas of antenatal and post natal care with training in birth trauma awareness. I provide a relaxing safe space for couples to alleviate their fears around childbirth, educate themselves on the process of labour and birth, prepared for a positive experience with a focus on the right birth on the day. Birth partners are very much involved and lots of helpful material is included!
