Youth Talk are your local charity providing free, confidential counselling to young people aged 13-25 years who live, work or study in St Albans/Harpenden and surrounding district. Youth Talk offers one-to-one counselling, delivered by experienced professionals without judgement.

Youth Talk is completely confidential and self-referring, so any young person can contact us themselves, without needing to involve parents or professionals.

Youth Talk has an excellent track record of providing support for young people who use our service.

For the first time in our 25 year history, we are offering up to 100 counselling sessions a week, up from 60 pre pandemic. We rely on the generosity and support of our local community to help fund our vital service and are more determined than ever before that every young person has someone to talk to when times are tough.
