"I have done Lynn's classes in the studio after both of my pregnancies and have loved them. I've noticed a big increase in my fitness doing them, and it's so great being able to exercise with your little one. Lynn is an expert in postpartum exercise and so I know that what I'm doing is safe and right for my body at present. As the classes are recorded, it also means that if my little one needs some attention then I don't feel like I'm missing out on the class as I can always do the bit I missed at home. And as everyone is in a similar boat, no one minds if you need to stop to feed or change a nappy. I would totally recommend to all new mummies! "

"Throughout both of my maternity leaves, I've done the Mums, Bums and Tums class, with Lynn, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Suitable for all abilities, it's the perfect place to get back into fitness, in an environment where you feel supported by both Lynn and all the other Mums. Not only is it great for fitness, but also your own mental health. The little ones love it too! It's amazing how content the babies are just taking everything in, and if/when you need to tend to your baby, you can do so without judgement. The tummy checks are a great added extra and the option to catch up online if you're unable to attend in person is brilliant. My absolute favourite thing - the music - the retro tunes lift you after a night of no sleep, without fail ?"
