Currently available in our St Albans clinic on Tuesdays, I am deeply committed to treating you as an individual, listening to your concerns and tailoring your treatment to specifically meet your needs, addressing the root cause of any health issues and providing a friendly and discrete treatment service.
People of all ages can benefit from having acupuncture treatment although I currently treat all women and men over 16 years of age. It is a safe treatment that can be used effectively alongside conventional medicine. Many people choose acupuncture for help with painful conditions such as headaches or migraines or back or muscle pain. Other people choose acupuncture when their body systems are out of balance even though they have no obvious diagnosis. For instance, insomnia, IBS, fibromyalgia or chronic pain, stress and anxiety, mental health disorders as well as general wellbeing and relaxation.
Acupuncture is also often sought for a number of women's health issues from fertility and pregnancy to endometriosis, menopause and others.
