Baby Reflex is a series of 3 weekly workshops, where Anna will teach you specially adapted reflexology techniques to be used on your baby. These short and easy to learn sequences not only promote bonding between parent and child but enable parents to ease and relieve many normal baby discomforts. It can be used on babies from 4 weeks to 10 months of age.
The course teaches you reflexology techniques to help with:
1) Sleeping and calming
2) Feeding and digestive issues. e.g. colic, reflux, constipation
3) Well-being/immune health, e.g. teething, colds, ear and eye complaints
