Tween and Teen Yoga Online
A fun weekly online class with access to extra mindfulness activities and challenges for children from year 5 upwards. Wednesdays 6.30-7.30pm online via Zoom and Facebook group for parents to access extra activities. Yoga can help young people understand how they can keep their minds healthy as well as their bodies. It's a non competitive form of movement that builds strength and flexibility and can provide a counter balance of stretching and relaxation for those who are particularly into competitive or team sports.
