MONDAY 10AM POSTNATAL CLASS, ST. STEPHEN'S CHURCH, ST. ALBANS
A postnatal class that lays the groundwork of rehab, gradual strengthening and functional fitness, paying attention to areas that require a little bit more love post pregnancy and birth and continuing to progress building strength & fitness physically and mentally. Get prepared to challenge yourself and have fun doing it. Babies & children welcome.
WEDNESDAY 7.45PM WOMEN'S CIRCUIT TRAINING CLASS, THE METHODIST CHURCH, ST.ALBANS
This class brings women together to get strong and feel good. Working face to face with a personal trainer who specialises in coaching women and an opportunity to meet people.

Focuses on strength based exercises using a combination of weights, equipment, bodyweight and conditioning, aiming to get your heart rate up to challenge your fitness and soak up those feel good endorphins.
​
All abilities welcome including pre and postnatal. I always offer a range of modifications so everyone can work their own level.
